HOW TO APPLY

To open an account with us, walk into any of our conveniently located branches with the applicable list of documents by nationality.

If you are a not a resident of UAE and are looking to open a banking account with Citi, please write to us on uaeservice@citi.com and we will get back to you shortly.

Please note that we may request further information or documentation from you, in order to comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and other regional regulations.

You can visit us any of the below, at a time and day you prefer:

Branches: 8 AM to 4 PM, Saturday to Thursday
Financial Centres: 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday to Thursday

  • Upon submission, we will go through all documentation you have provided. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation SMS and a welcome letter within one day of opening your account.
  • Upon receiving your Debit Card, please activate it and register to Citibank Online to enjoy faster and cheaper global services.
  • You will be auto-enrolled to receive E-statements on your registered email ID, so that you can track your monthly finances.

Anytime that you change your personal details, please contact us to update your records so that you can enjoy uninterrupted services!
