General Terms
Opening an account isn’t enough meeting the Citigold requirement involves both funding and consistency. New clients must fund their Citigold Private Client account with at least USD 1,000,000 and maintain that amount for 90 consecutive days. The process ensures that only long-term, committed clients are rewarded.
Not quite. The Citigold account minimum balance depends on the type of account. For Citigold, it’s USD 200,000. For Citigold Private Client, it’s USD 1,000,000. These figures aren’t just one-time funding requirements—they must be maintained to unlock the relevant reward tiers.
Once the minimum funding and balance requirements are met and maintained for 90 consecutive days, the welcome reward will be credited within 30 working days. Additional reward components, if applicable, may be paid out within 15 working days after that.
