Global Banking's client teams are organized by industry and by country and each team is made up of Strategic Coverage officers who focus on M&A, Equity and related financing solutions, and Corporate Bankers who are supported by our Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) in delivering Corporate Banking/Finance services to global, regional and local clients operating in multiple locations around the world.

Investment Banking provides solutions to clients to achieve their strategic and financial goals. Through our investment banking unit we deliver high level advice on evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions, analyzing financing options and appropriate capital structures and assisting in the raising of equity and debt from the capital markets. Our clients range from world's largest multinational corporations to financial institutions and governments.

The Middle East Franchise has an Investment Banking team based in Dubai with a mandate to market and execute strategic transactions within the Middle East. This team works closely with the coverage bankers based in Dubai and other Middle East countries where Citi has a presence, as well as with the Investment Banking industry teams based in London.
