Blocking and replacing your card

Has your card been lost, stolen or damaged? Use Citibank online to block it and order a new one.

1: Click REPLACE MY CARD in the sidebar.

2: Enter your One Time Password (delivered by SMS) and click CONTINUE.

3: Use the drop-down menus to tell us about the card.

4: Click SUBMIT REQUEST and check through the details you've provided.

5: When ready, click CONFIRM.

Your card is cancelled, and a new one is on its way.
