1. Emirates ID (Original)
2. Passport copy
3. Valid UAE Visa Copy – Only if the Emirates ID doesn't have the sponsor details
• For UAE / GCC Nationals - instead of Visa, one of the below document to be submitted:
- UAE Utility Bill issued within last 3 months (OR)
- Current Tenancy Contract copy / Ejari copy (showing local address) (OR)
- Title deed (in the name of the prospect) (OR)
- Bank Statement showing the address (issued within last 3 months) (OR)
- Valid UAE Driving license (OR)
- Online Labour Card Copy – online copies are acceptable (OR)
- Valid Free zone Employment Card copy / Employment card copy issued by Local or Federal Government
4. Proof of Address:
- UAE Utility Bill issued within last 3 months (OR)
- Current Tenancy Contract copy / Ejari copy (showing local address) (OR)
- Title deed (in the name of the prospect) (OR)
- Documents from supervised third-party financial institutions, such as Bank statements or Insurance policies (issued within last 3 months)
** Based on the review, Additional documents may be requested as follows:
• Source of funds / wealth
- Salary certificate & labour Contract
- Company or personal Bank statements (last 3 / 6 months)
- Trade license + Memorandum of association or Share certificate
