Through monitoring of our customers’ accounts, we detect fraudulent or unauthorized usage, often before you are even aware of it. If we notice unusual activity on your credit card, we may contact you by phone, text, or e-mail to confirm that you are aware of that transaction.
If you suspect that your credit card has been used without your permission, you can contact us immediately at +971 4 311 4000. We can then assist you in assessing the risk to your account and determine the appropriate action.
In case you would like to report an unauthorized transaction, download and complete the Transaction Dispute Form from our Download Center and submit it at a Citibank branch within 30 days of the statement date.
Feel more secure with Citibank Lost Card Protection. Once you report the loss or theft of your Card, you do not bear any charges on the misuse of the card thereafter. Your Card will be replaced within 48 hours in the U.A.E. and within 4 working days anywhere in the world. You may opt for the Card to be mailed to your billing address or collect the Card from our branches at a nominal charge of AED 50. The Card can also be delivered at your doorstep if you are in the U.A.E for AED 60 and for AED 150 if you are outside the U.A.E.
