B. Authorization to request Account Statement from Central Bank
By providing your IBAN number, you consent (give permission) to Citibank to request for your statement of account through the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, from your bank (as can be identified by the account number IBAN) and also for your bank to provide this information through the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, without taking additional consent. I consent to the (one time) release of my account statement exclusively for the purpose stipulated in this Consent Form. Citibank has my consent to obtain my 6 months account statement with the details shared. Why is this consent needed and how will your information be used? Your consent (permission) is required for us to obtain and share your account information, including the transaction details for the identified period, is needed for the purposes listed and explained below. The information provided will be shared and retained in accordance with applicable law concerning data security and privacy protections. The information you authorize us to obtain and share will be used to determine your eligibility for the product. Please note that some services may not be available to you unless you consent to share/release information as stated in this Authorization.

  1. Savings per card calculated are based on average monthly spends and cost of purchasing product benefits as an individual.
  2. Above destinations are for illustration purposes only. Actual ThankYou® Points / Emirates Skywards Miles required may differ at time of redemption and actual destinations can vary depending on frequent flyer programmes of each airline.   3. AMF to be reversed from second year onwards upon meeting minimum retail spend requirement of AED 9,000 on the Citi Rewards Credit Cards during the preceding year
  4. The AMF Waiver applies only for the first year for Citibank Emirates World card. The standard AMF, as specified on the Schedule of Fees & Charges, will apply from second year onwards.
  5. For all AMF waivers, The AMF will be charged and reversed on your statement. In case you do not see your AMF reversal posted to your Card’s statement, please call our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking Service on +971 4 311 4000.
  6. Charges apply over your free entitlement per visit, per Cardmember. A charge of USD 27 will be debited per visit, for any additional guest over your free entitlement, by the lounge to your card. For details visit www.loungekey.com. In any circumstances, if access is denied at any participating lounge you may pay the lounge entry by using your Emirates-Citibank Credit Card and obtain written confirmation by the lounge operator on the receipt that lounge access was not available. Kindly note that you need to provide the receipt to the bank to be reimbursed for the amount that was invoiced and the claim must be made within 30 days of travel.
  7. Instalment plans / Loan On Card (LOC) are offered exclusively to Cardmembers who meet the criteria determined by Citibank from time to time for this product and to whom the offer to participate in such product has been communicated by Citibank. Citibank shall grant an LOC requested by the Cardmember at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse to grant a LOC to any Cardmember without revealing the reasons for such refusal.
