Card Services
At Citi, your security is our utmost priority. If you suspect or find yourselves at risk of banking fraud due to your login credentials or accounts being compromised, activate Emergency Service to stop further transactions initiated from your Debit cards, Credit cards & your banking accounts. This will result in your Citibank Online access being restricted, and the Citi Mobile® App will become view-only for transaction details.
This will need to be done individually for each card. Your supplementary cardholders will need to stop their transactions by logging into their Citi Mobile® App.
You should visit Emergency Center and select :
Report lost credit card: Permanently block and replace when you are sure your credit card is lost and you need a new one.
Stop all account and credit card activity: When you suspect fraud or account compromise. All transactions for your accounts and credit cards will stop and a Fraud Representative will call you. This will not result in credit and debit card replacement the way "Report lost card".
You will still be able to login and view all your credit card and account information.
A Fraud Representative will call you on your registered mobile number to assist with restoring and/or replacing. You can also contact our 24-hour phone banking service at +971 4311 4000.
Select Emergency Center from Citi Mobile® App pre-login page > “Stop all account and credit card activity”.
Select “Continue”.
Read the “Important notes” and acknowledge to proceed & then select “Block now”.
Your outgoing transactions will be stopped, Citi Mobile® App will become view-only for transaction details. Citi Online access will be restricted.
Please make sure that you are registered to Enhance Security Function if your device has not been registered with it before.

Report Lost and Stolen Credit Card.
Select “Emergency Center” from Citi Mobile® App > Report lost credit card.
Select the card that needs to be reported lost.
Confirm Report Credit card lost.
If you face any difficulties in reporting Lost and stolen card(s) or need to report debit card lost, contact our 24-hour phone banking service at +971 4311 4000.
Select “Emergency Center 🠆 Stop all account and credit card activity” to block your outgoing transactions on your credit cards and bank account via Citi Mobile® App or
Contact our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service at +971 4311 4000.
Your outgoing transactions on your credit cards, and if you have bank accounts and debit cards, will stop working across all channels.
Citi Online access will be restricted.
Citi Mobile® App will become view-only, only account overview and transaction details can be viewed.
A Fraud Representative will call you on your registered mobile number to assist with restoring and/or replacing.

You will receive SMS/Push notification & an email confirming your transactions have been stopped.
You may also login to the Citi Mobile® App to verify if view-only mode, which restricts access to outgoing transactions, has been activated, or if full features are now accessible.
Your credit cards, and if you have bank accounts and debit cards, will stop working across all channels. You will not be able to :
Transfer funds.
Purchase at stores or online.
Use digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Withdraw cash from ATMs.
Pay for subscriptions, recurring payments or pre-authorized hotel/car rentals etc.
