CITI ULTIMA MASTERCARD
Up to 1,200 Airport lounge access with Mastercard Travel pass app
Your Citi Ultima Mastercard brings you and your supplementary cardholders 14 complimentary lounge visits per year.
To enjoy this benefit and to avoid unnecessary lounge charges simply follow the steps when travelling.
Download the "MasterCard Travel Pass" app from Google Play or the App Store.
Register your Citibank Mastercard credit card.
See the lounges near you and view if you are eligible for complimentary access.
Generate and present the app QR code or membership number to the lounge receptionist to access the lounge. Each cardholder, primary and supplementary, should show their QR code (by registering their cards separately using individual email IDs).
Effective 1st June 2025, the following changes will apply:
- A maximum cap of 14 lounge visits/dining offers will apply per calendar year.
- International transaction (point of sale or online) is required to unlock access - Minimum 1 USD or equivalent non-AED unlocks access for 3 months.
- 2 free lounge visits per calendar year are available before making international spend.
- Supplementary cardholders need to register on the Mastercard Travel Pass app separately and meet the international transaction requirement to unlock airport lounge access.
- If your lounge access has been paused, you may regain access for another 3 months by making an international transaction of a minimum of 1 USD (or equivalent non-AED). Your access will be re-instated 3 -15 days after transaction posting and re-verification of the card on Mastercard Travel Pass app.
You and your supplementary cardholders are entitled to bring 1 guest each with the MasterCard Travel Pass app.
Guest visits are deducted from your maximum visits allowance per year.
A $32 charge will apply to all guests above your allowance entering the lounge and will be billed directly to your card.
Children over 1 year old are considered as paying guests.
In case of discrepancy with the above instructions not being followed, it could result in non-refundable charges.

Missing the minimum payment due in any month and/or non-adherence to the bank’s Terms and Conditions may subject you to negative consequences and limit your ability to access further financing in the future, including but not limited to, late fee charges, a negative impact on your credit bureau rating, your card account going into arrears and/or collections measures which may include legal action and/or trigger all monies becoming due immediately. If you only make the minimum payment each month, you will pay more in interest and it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.
